Share of people using the internet daily in Italy 2010-2020, by gender

The European questionnaire on Information and Communication Technologies Data reveals that there exists a disparity between the internet usage of people according to gender. This disparity although present in most countries, differs widely in its severity.
By 2020, 78 percent of male internet users in Italy used the internet daily, among females this share was lower with 74 percent. Since 2010 the share of male and female daily internet users increased immensely. 26 percent more men, and 34 percent more women responded that they used the internet on a daily basis in 2020 then did so in 2010.
