EU: internet use by online services 2020

In 2020, users in Finland were the most active European citizens for internet use, online activities, and transactions combined. The country ranked first on the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) with a score of 76.34, followed by Sweden with almost 76 points, and the Netherlands with 75.21 points. Romania, Bulgaria, and Italy ranked last, with their citizens performing the lowest number of activities online in the examined year.
