A survey conducted in June 2021 showed that the willingness to get COVID-19 vaccination increased significantly and reached an all-time high in Taiwan. In that month, approximately 85.7 percent of respondents are willing to get vaccinated, compared to only 38.3 percent in March of the same year. The significant increase of disposition to get vaccinated coincided with the emergence of a new COVID-19 wave in Taiwan.
