Remote work was appreciated by most of the workers in Angola as of 2020. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Angolan companies offered the possibility to work from home to safeguard employees and keep operations going during the restrictions imposed by the outbreak. Considering the end of the pandemic, the majority of the respondents (64 percent) reported a desire for a hybrid model that would combine remote work and working from the office.
