Preferences of using travel agency versus online booking for hotels Vietnam 2021

According to a survey conducted by Q&Me among online travel users in Vietnam, around 51 percent of the respondents used both travel agency and online booking to book hotels. Meanwhile, 37 percent of them preferred online booking over using a travel agency for the mentioned purpose.
