Remote work was appreciated by most of the workers in Angola in 2020. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Angolan companies adopted the work from home modality to safeguard employees and keep operations in the face of restrictions imposed by the outbreak. The majority of the survey's respondents reported being satisfied (59 percent) or very satisfied (23 percent) with remote work. On the other hand, dissatisfaction was found among workers aged 35 years and older, and those with children at home.
