According to a 2020 survey among repatriated Filipino overseas workers (OFWs) during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, 61 percent of the male respondents expressed intent to re-migrate in the future. On the other hand, 55 percent of female respondents planned to migrate internally.
