The leading challenge among Japanese businesses engaged in e-commerce was the lack of information on sales destinations, as revealed in a survey conducted in 2022. While more than 41 percent of domestic companies were worried about the lack of information, only 20.3 percent were concerned about a lack of resources to develop e-commerce channels.
