In a survey conducted in Norway in 2020, shoppers were asked which product category they would continue shopping online even after the COVID-19 pandemic. The leading category among Norwegian consumers was electronics at 61 percent, followed by clothes and sports equipment at 56 and 48 percent, respectively. Two-fifths of shoppers also preferred to continue shopping online for cosmetics and well-being products.
