French boys and girls who have had problems with people they met online 2021, by age
In 2021, the fear of encountering problems on the internet is quite high among children. And even though as many as 65 percent of boys aged 15 to 18 have already met a stranger from the internet in person, the source wanted to assess if they had ever encountered problems with people they had met on the internet. Thus, about 38 percent of boys aged 15 to 18 had already had issues with online strangers, while 83 percent of girls aged 11 to 14 mentioned never having had any issues.
