Share of Abu Qir Fertilizers Company ownership in Egypt 2019
As of 2019, a quarter of the Abu Qir Fertilizers Company shares, an Egyptian state-owned enterprise, were owned by the National Investment Bank. The Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and the Industrial Development Authority followed owning 19 percent and 13 percent of Abu Qir Fertilizers, respectively. Several other institutions were also included in the ownership of the company, while some 11 percent of the shares were free float.
