Leading problems experienced by consumers in fresh food markets in China 2021
According to a survey conducted in February 2021 in China, nearly 62 percent of respondents said the most severe issue in fresh food markets in China is the chaotic and crowded flow of people. The dirty environment was also evaluated as one of the major issues of Chinese wet markets, according to 49.4. percent of the respondents.
