Over 52 percent of Ukrainians were hesitant to receive a COVID-19 vaccine as of April 2021. The hesitancy level marked a decrease from the previous month. The willingness to get vaccinated against COVID-19 in Ukraine was higher than in several other countries in Central and Eastern Europe, such as Czechia, Russia, or Hungary. In total, over 1.7 million COVID-19 vaccine doses were administered in Ukraine as of June 13, 2021.
