In the first quarter of 2023, the number of newly built homes sold in France fell below COVID-19 volume. At the onset of the pandemic in the second quarter of 2020, the number of home sale reservations amounted to about 22,000. In the first quarter of 2023, this figure declined to approximately 20,000, and by the third quarter of the year, it reached 16,000.
