The pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus constrained people to review their everyday life. Some people resorted to buying online to avoid contact with other people and possible exposure to the virus. According to a study conducted in October 2020, 34 percent of the French population stated making more purchases online than before the COVID-19 pandemic. On the contrary, 66 percent of respondents did not change their purchase habits.
