E-commerce delivery methods introduced by B2B companies in Finland 2021
In 2021, new delivery methods and additional services related to the delivery of goods were introduced in B2B companies in Finland. Nearly half of the respondents claimed their company introduced deliveries, including loading or unloading. At the same time, only five percent of respondents stated that their company introduced zero emission deliveries.
