According to a survey of media industry professionals in Australia in 2021, 63 percent of media agency employees reported an increase in workload due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 54 percent of media agency owners reported an increase in workload. As agencies play an intermediary role in helping clients transition out of the pandemic, they have experienced increased pressure.
