A 2021 study polled online consumers on how frequently they used selected channels to purchase online. Approximately 60 percent of U.S. e-shoppers reported making daily or weekly purchases via smart home voice assistants, such as Amazon Echo, Google Home, and Samsung Smart Things. In addition, more than half of the respondents said they regularly used their mobile phones and tablets for online shopping.
