The value of state budget investments and EU funds in Romania is expected to peak at 61.4 billion Romanian lei in 2021, representing around 5.5 percent of the country's gross domestic product. This is an increase compared to the previous year, when state budget investment and EU funds amounted to 5.1 percent of Romania's GDP.
