Across the United States and Canada, decision makers in the food service industry were asked about the likelihood that various new business models would be adopted within the next two years as of August 2020. Of the new business models that were suggested, in-house delivery was rated by 44 percent of respondents as being "very likely" to be adopted, while 40 percent of respondents stated that in-house delivery was "likely" to be adopted.
