Share of foreign students in higher education in Tunisia 2014-2019
In the academic year 2018/2019, foreign students enrolled in tertiary education in Tunisia accounted for 2.8 percent of the total number of students. This was the highest rate since the academic year 2014/2015. That year registered the lowest share of foreign students at two percent. Overall, the share of foreign students reflected an annual increase, as more students from overseas were enrolling in the tertiary education institutions of Tunisia.
