Restaurants offering a take-out service France 2020
To face the COVID-19 crisis, some restaurants tried some alternatives to continue their activity, despite their obligation to close their doors to the public. The main initiative consisted in offering a take-out service and thus avoid excessive losses. In 2020, 33 percent of establishments offered this service in France. Nevertheless, not all restaurants had the resources to effectively implement this type of service, so that 47.5 percent of establishments did not envisage that option.
