Activision Blizzard (FY 2022): To identify our median employee for purposes of this disclosure, we first defined a pool of all individuals employed by us (other than our principal executive officer) on a chosen date—November 15, 2020—and then selected our median employee from that pool, all as explained in the proxy statement for our 2021 annual meeting of shareholders filed with the SEC on Schedule 14A on May 3, 2021. As permitted under SEC rules, we are using the same median employee identified for purposes of calculating the CEO pay ratio in 2020. We believe there has been no change in 2022 to our employee population, employee compensation arrangements, or the circumstances of that median employee since he or she was first identified that would result in a significant change to our pay ratio.

Electronic Arts (FY 2024): To identify our median employee, we used a consistently applied compensation measure (“CACM”) for all employees on our worldwide payroll as of March 15, 2023, including full time, part-time, regular, and temporary employees. We changed the median employee identification date from March 31, the date used in fiscal year 2022, to March 15 as the previous determination date will, at times, fall outside of the fiscal year.

Take-Two Entertainment (FY 2024): This pay ratio is a reasonable estimate calculated in a manner consistent with Item 402(u) of Regulation S-K under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. We determined the median of the annual total cash compensation of our employees as of January 1, 2024, at which time we had approximately 12,800 regular, temporary, and seasonal individuals employed on a full or part-time basis, globally, approximately 5,037 of whom are U.S. employees, and approximately 7,763 (or approximately 60.65 % of our total employee population) of whom are located outside of the United States. We did not exclude any of the employees who are located outside of the United States from the pool used to identify the median employee.

Roblox (FY 2023): As set forth in the Summary Compensation Table for Fiscal Year 2022, our CEO’s annual total compensation for fiscal year 2023 was $2,136,740. Our median employee’s annual total compensation was $325,675, resulting in a CEO pay ratio of 6.56:1. In calculating the CEO pay ratio, the SEC rules allow companies to adopt a variety of methodologies, apply certain exclusions, and make reasonable estimates and assumptions reflecting their unique employee populations. Therefore, our reported CEO pay ratio may not be comparable to CEO pay ratios reported by other companies due to differences in industries and geographical dispersion, as well as the different estimates, assumptions, and methodologies applied by other companies in calculating their CEO pay ratios.
