The majority of Dell Technologies' workforce in the United States (U.S.) were white as of their fiscal year 2020, with just under 69 percent. This share was lower among technical staff with 60.7 percent of the staff being white, while the percentage of Asians were higher among technical staff than in other roles with 25.6 percent.
