Dell Technologies share of women in global workforce FY2019-FY2021, by role
Just over 31 percent of Dell Technologies' global workforce were women as of their fiscal year 2021. This share was higher among non technical staff, with 36.7 percent, but lower among technical staff where just over 20 percent were women. However, the rate of women increased overall and in all types of roles compared to 2020.
