According to a survey carried out in the United States in 2021, 72 percent of respondents overall agreed that telehealth is the way of the future. Furthermore, 70 percent agreed that telehealth provides more accessibility to quality healthcare, however, 42 percent indicated an unwillingness to use telehealth services post-COVID-19.
