Mexico; three each from Iran and Portugal; two each
from Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, Peru, and
Sweden; and one each from Bangladesh, Chile, Estonia,
Israel, Japan, Germany, Ireland, Kuwait, Pakistan,
Qatar, Romania, Russia, and Switzerland."
