Ad volumes of television news India 2019-2020, by genre

In 2020, advertising volumes for televised news were highest for Hindi regional and business news channels in India, amounting to 183 million seconds followed by news channels in South India. News advertising volumes saw a marginal decline in 2020 in comparison to the previous year. In spite of this, news accounted for 32 percent of total ad volumes in the country that year.
