According to a survey conducted in South Korea in January 2021, nearly 70 percent of mobile banking app users said they were satisfied with those apps because of the convenience of using open banking services. The fact that mobile banking apps allowed users to easily perform contactless transactions was also a leading reason for user satisfaction with mobile banking apps.
