Workforce diversity at Scotiabank 2020-2022
In 2022, the share of women in the total workforce composition of Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank) was 55 percent, the same as in the previous year. On the senior management level, the share of female managers was slightly above 40 percent, but a higher share of women worked in middle management. In terms of racial diversity, the share of people of color in the total workforce was just below 42 percent. The share of people of color was approximately 28 percent at the senior management level.
