Quality level of care dispensed in care homes in the UK 2021
Based on the most recent inspections by the Care Quality Commission regulator, the majority of care homes in the UK are qualified as good. In 2021, 78 percent of UK-based care homes had a good quality of care. However, 16 percent of care homes were deemed to require improvement and a further 1.4 percent had inadequate care.
