Consumer interest in sustainability in housing in the U.S. 2019-2023

Residential real estate agents and brokers felt that the interest of U.S. consumers on housing sustainability has decreased slightly between 2019 and 2023. In the years considered here, the realtors observed there was a slight majority of consumers that were either somewhat interested or very interested in sustainability. Indeed, sustainable features were not that important for U.S. consumers who were looking for a new home in 2022.
