In 2017, the United States held the highest share of the total income of the IT-BPM sector in the Philippines for its transactions overseas. In that year, transactions in the U.S. accounted for about 66 percent of the total income of the industry from business dealings outside the country. This was followed by Australia at 8.5 percent and the United Kingdom at 6.3 percent.
