A 2024 worldwide survey conducted among executives of B2B companies showed the use of digital self-service platforms for sales activities. The most widespread use was reported in Australia, where 38 percent of professionals interacted with suppliers on websites, e-comemrce sites, chatbots, mobile apps, and so on.
