People informing themselves about goods and services online in Switzerland 2014-2021

The share of internet users informing themselves about goods and services online in Switzerland increased by 4.8 percentage points in 2021 in comparison to the previous year. Therefore, the share of people informing themselves online in Switzerland reached a peak in 2021 with 85.75 percent. Notably, the share of people informing themselves online continuously increased over the last years.
