People informing themselves about goods and services online in Serbia 2007-2022

The share of internet users informing themselves about goods and services online in Serbia increased by 7.9 percentage points in 2022 in comparison to the previous year. Therefore, the share of people informing themselves online in Serbia reached a peak in 2022 with 67.58 percent. Notably, the share of people informing themselves online has been, with the exception of 2019, continuously increasing over the last years.
