People informing themselves about goods and services online in Denmark 2014-2020

According to the European questionnaire on Information and Communication Technologies, 90 percent of internet users in Denmark used the internet to inform themselves about goods and services in 2020. Compared to the previous year this constituted an increase of five percent. Since 2014 the share of people that used the internet for this purpose increased by six percent. Internet users in Denmark tended to use the internet to inform themselves about goods and services at a higher rate than people in other European countries, putting Denmark above the 2020 European (EU-27) average of 70 percent.
