Starting from January 2020, biodiesel should be 30 percent of the total diesel demand for all sectors in Indonesia. To support the domestic consumption while meeting the target, the Indonesian government started collecting levy on palm oil and palm oil derivatives export and manage it as Oil Palm Plantation Fund (OPPF).
