In Ghana, 14.85 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity were generated from fossil fuels in 2022 This stood as a an increase from 2020 when 14.4 billion kilowatt-hours of electrical power were produced from crude oil, natural gas, and coal. Overall, electricity production by this means increased between 2010 and 2018.
