COVID-19 impact on digital transformation of SMBs Europe 2020, by country

In 2020, 67 percent of respondents from Spain representing small and medium businesses (SMB) report that the COVID-19 pandemic accelerated digital transformation in their organization. However, respondents overall also report that COVID-19 slowed down digitlization efforts, with 30.5 percent on average.
