Factors in choice for financial institution of multi-person households in Japan 2021
The selection of a financial institution was influenced by the availability of branches and ATMs in the neighborhood for the majority of people in multi-person households, a survey conducted in Japan in 2021 found. While around 60 percent named the availability of ATMs and branches, over 29 percent stated that a wide range of online services was a factor influencing their choice.
