Internet users seeking health information online in European countries 2020

According to the European questionnaire on Information and Communication Technologies, 77 percent of internet users in Finland and 74 percent in Norway looked online for health and medical information. Users in countries like Spain or the United Kingdom were less likely to seek medical advice online. Least likely to search for such advice were users in Romania, with only 28 percent of internet users turning online for medical information. The overall average of the European Union (EU-27) in 2020 lay at 56 percent.
