New hotels opened under foreign brands in Russia 2012-2020
In 2020, eight new international brand hotels were opened in Russia, following a decreasing trend since 2018. The number of new hotels operating under foreign brands in the country peaked in 2018 at 24 new establishments. In total, international brands operated 210 hotels in Russia as of February 2021.
