In 2021, 45 percent of respondents using microservices agree completely that microservices generally provide many benefits to development teams. Among these are that microservices help to attract talent and that they create better collaboration among team members. On the other hand, respondents also state that keeping up with microservices innovation is challenging and that transforming monolithic applications into microservices is a complex task.
