This survey, taken within a timespan of one year, reveals that digitalization of the Spanish financial sector is taking place at a quick pace. In January 2021, nearly 40 percent of respondents affirmed that over 80 percent of their client base was formed by digital clients. Just a year earlier, only 22 percent of respondents made such claim.
