Quarterly OTT subscriptions per person in the U.S. 2020-2021
A survey conducted in the United States, between the first quarter of 2020 and the first quarter of 2021, shows that the subscriptions of OTT platforms per person raised from 0.7 to 1.03. The last number implies that there are now more U.S. subscriptions of SVoD services than people in the country. The American population amounted to approximately 330 millions people in 2020, and the number of SVoD subscriptions is around 340 millions.
