The value was measured at 11.62 billion GHS (roughly 969.4 million U.S. dollars) in 2021. Furthermore, the industry was expected to account for 13.52 billion GHS (around 1.13 billion U.S. dollars) of the country's GDP by 2027, the highest contribution within the period observed.
