According to a survey conducted in July 2020, over 93 percent of respondents in Japan were satisfied to some extent with the behavior and communication of the nurses who treated them at medical facilities. By comparison, around nine percent were unsatisfied with the waiting time when they received medical treatments. More than 92 percent were content with the overall aspects of the medical treatments they underwent.
