Digital skill development during the COVID-19 pandemic among workers in China 2021

According to a 2021 survey in China, 48 percent of respondents reported that they had some digital skills at the beginning of the pandemic and were able to develop them further. Only six percent of respondents stated that they did not have adequate digital skills at the beginning of the pandemic, and were still struggling as of April 2021.
