Projections for urban fleet electrification are optimistic that, by 2030, over half the global municipal bus fleet will be comprised of electric buses, a 33 percent increase compared to its 2020 share. The electric two-wheeler market is projected to fare similarly well, reaching 40 percent in 2030. Overall, the worldwide electric urban fleet is predicted to grow during the time period analyzed.
